1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using FlashClip ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Subject to payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use FlashClip on your Windows computer(s) for your personal or commercial streaming activities.

FlashClip is sold as a monthly subscription at £19/month, processed by Paddle. A 14-day free trial is available. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

All payments are handled by Paddle. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

If you are not satisfied with FlashClip, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your first payment — no questions asked. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for ensuring your use of FlashClip complies with:

We are not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms in response to content uploaded using FlashClip.

6. Third-party services

FlashClip integrates with third-party platforms and AI services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or policies of these services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

FlashClip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free or that detected moments will meet your expectations. Highlight detection is probabilistic and may miss moments or produce false positives.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatton Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of FlashClip, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or damage to your reputation.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual property

FlashClip and all associated intellectual property are owned by Hatton Digital Ltd. You retain all rights to the content you create using FlashClip.

10. Updates and availability

We may update FlashClip at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the Software with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of FlashClip after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
